This year I made the transition from being a Freelance Performer to a full time Business Development and Account Manager. Highlights include, appearing on The XFactor, The Royal Variety Show, Brit Awards, Elton John, Janet Jackson, Take That. Music Videos for Olly Murs and The XX and The Olympic 2012 Closing Ceremony dancing alongside One Direction, Madness, Stomp, Annie Lennox and Jessie J. Most recently, appearing in ABC Family Series "Galavant".
Fashion Monitor and Celebrity Intelligence are on-line business intelligence services. Roles and responsibilities here included renewing existing clients/subscribers, ensuring clients and all users are fully utilising the services. Being on-call to provide excellent customer service to any clients/subscribers who required assistance. Communicating excellently via email, telephone and in-house client facing personal visits. Identifying clients who may not wish to renew and working quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent losses. Continually reporting to my line manager, commercial manager, sales director and editorial team to support the whole unit of the business and achieve targets.

Responsibilities here included responding to incoming enquiries as well as sourcing new leads, cold calling where necessary and identifying the most appropriate point of contact. Identify needs for the services via effective questioning. Demonstrate the services highlighting the relevant features and how it can benefit the new client. Effecting proposal writing to support all previous conversations. Handle all objections and negotiating rates at C level before closing and winning new business.
