This year I made the transition from being a Freelance Performer to a full time Business Development and Account Manager. I now seek to harness these new skills I've learnt and apply them to a role I feel passionate about.
I'd describe myself as being resilient and dedicated towards my goals. I also pride myself on being personable and someone that others easily warm to.

Professional Performing Artist
Directing my own business as a professional performer. Maintaining excellent rapport with VIP clients, creatives and artistic directors. Searching for new opportunities. Promoting my business through various social media platforms. Performing under high pressure at my optimum skill level both on and off stage/screen. Highlights include, appearing on The XFactor, The Royal Variety Show, Brit Awards, Elton John, Janet Jackson, Take That. Music Videos for Olly Murs and The XX and The Olympic 2012 Closing Ceremony dancing alongside One Direction, Madness, Stomp, Annie Lennox and Jessie J. Most recently, appearing in ABC Family Series "Galavant".
Account Manager

Fashion Monitor and Celebrity Intelligence are on-line business intelligence services. Roles and responsibilities here included renewing existing clients/subscribers, ensuring clients and all users are fully utilising the services. Being on-call to provide excellent customer service to any clients/subscribers who required assistance. Communicating excellently via email, telephone and in-house client facing personal visits. Identifying clients who may not wish to renew and working quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent losses. Continually reporting to my line manager, commercial manager, sales director and editorial team to support the whole unit of the business and achieve targets.
