RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinating the day-to day operation of the trendsetting TLC UK. Liaising with channel planners to determine an appealing and feasible schedule. Acquiring content on time, on spec and on budget from distributors. Working closely with producers, directors and editors to ensure all productions are completed in a timely fashion with minimal impact on all departments. ACHIEVEMENTS: Maintained 100% reliability for all deliverables from April 2013. Developed two concepts with the TLC production team and worked with October films to produce one of them to air in November 2015.

Working with Legal and Business affairs to ascertain key contract details. Contacting external producers to organise delivery of materials. ACHIEVEMENTS: Maintained 99.998% efficiency of correct deliverables across all channels. Developed 3 systems that improved reliability and productivity.
