Lead Brand DesignerRapha
London, United KingdomFull Time
Rapha creates the finest cycling clothing and accessories in the world. Working as a member of the Head Office creative team, I was responsible for producing holistic on-brand solutions across a range of media, including print, digital, retail, events, apparel and packaging. Reporting to Head of Brand, I’d become well-versed in answering internal briefs, developing and pitching creative concepts, communicating with suppliers, and managing print production. My role required defining the house style and visual standards with robust guidelines, as well as delivering identity toolkits for core marketing initiatives. Besides meeting the day-to-day creative needs of the business, I was often involved in the design of apparel and merchandise for non-main line categories. The nature of working at a company with such exponential growth meant I was able to enhance my skill set and regularly take on new and exciting challenges. Starting as a junior designer, I achieved two promotions and departed having spent three years as Lead Brand Designer to the central marketing team.
