I’m a UX & Product Designer. My work has enhanced the end-user experience across responsive websites, e-commerce sites, native apps, B2B & B2C portals and SaaS platforms.
With a background in research, visual studies and public service, I offer a unique perspective that helps me build the most thoughtful digital strategies. My approach to the design process involves thorough research, agile problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork.
To gain key insights into the scope of the problem that the future product should address, I use the most effective research methods, including user interviews, competitive analysis and contextual inquiries.
The industry-leading agile frameworks help me elaborate on the deliverables, varying from the addition of new features to high-fidelity clickable prototypes.
Some aspects of product design I am particularly drawn to include cognitive psychology, user research, service design, interactions, micro-animations and visual design.

I worked with the founders of a tech start-up to reduce the bounce rate
among novice members. My solution, consisting of streamlined onboarding practices, was brought about by UX research, UX writing, and revised UI design. I implemented new UX strategies to create a better funnel for collecting necessary data from the new members. As part of my freelance practice, I took up an additional task of creating a dark mode of the onboarding flow.
