About me
→ Portfolio: adamwieclawski.com → UX writing: adamwieclawski.medium.com I’m a Product & UX Designer based in London, currently available for both full-time and freelance positions. With a background in the arts, sales and public service, I offer
a unique perspective that helps me craft the best possible design strategies. My UX practice relies on attentive research, agile problem solving and close-knit teamwork. To gain key insights into the scope
of the problem that the future product should address, I use the most effective research methods, including competitive analysis and contextual inquiries. The industry-leading agile frameworks help me elaborate on the deliverables, varying from the addition of new features to high-fidelity clickable prototypes. I believe that constant iteration makes way for the best UX products. To gauge their impact, I script and run usability test sessions that allow me to integrate user feedback into my solutions. From conducting user interviews to making interactive prototypes, my UX track record is a story of delivering intuitive products that tackle problems and offer solutions.

The group asked me to evaluate their existing website and improve its functionality. A series of surveys and contextual inquiries with the client’s stakeholders helped me build a responsive web solution for the home, shop and events pages. Usability test results showed a decreased rate of misclicks by 75%.

I worked with the founders of a tech start-up to reduce the bounce rate
among novice members. My solution, consisting of streamlined onboarding practices, was brought about by UX research, UX writing, and revised UI design. I implemented new UX strategies to create a better funnel for collecting necessary data from the new members. As part of my freelance practice, I took up an additional task of creating a dark mode of the onboarding flow.
