I have spent over 10 years in the hospitality industry, front of house specifically, in which I have developed a range of skills and exceeded expectations as I have progressed. I have gained a broad range of experience from working in the luxury hospitality industry.
It is under such a high level of expectation and pressure that has allowed me the opportunity to understand how to work in a demanding field, how to communicate effectively within my own team and external groups and how to make smart, quick-thinking decisions.
Whilst working at HotelPlanner.com, I was also involved in specific finance and banking sectors of the company. I was entrusted with several aspects of the company, including client account management, handling of accounts receivable and payable and budgeting.
