* Launching the fair/exhibition, rising awareness, market research regarding other fairs within the domain, setting objectives and strategies for gaining more clients
* Organizing all steps of the exhibition from the exhibition launching until its progress within Excel table
* Supporting the marketing and PR department with hints and additional details as far as it concerns the communication and fair
* Creating brand new databases based on detailed market research
* CRM – getting in touch with the potential clients/clients, either
Romanians or foreign, meeting with them, understanding and
discussing their needs and wants, build long-term relationships
* Renting space and personalized booths in accord with the budget so as
to exceed the set budget
* Event organization whether the client requires – offering support to
them regarding the creative concept of it
* Continuous communication with the design department so as the
client be satisfied with the final state of the personalized booth
* Strategic planning with the brand manager and the marketing
specialist in order to sell the optimum space in accordance with the clients needs and to offer him the opportunity to meet their desired expectations
* Billing orders
* WIZ working program
* Excel and Power Point presentations
* Follow-ups at the end of the exhibition/fair
