About me
I’m an experienced integrated account manager looking for my next challenge in the creative world. I’m currently an account manager for creative agency Hearts & Minds, handling UK advertising activity for their biggest client, ibis hotels. In my time here, I’ve delivered high budget brand, tactical and internal campaigns from digital display advertising to event and in-hotel printed collateral. I’m responsible for managing the workload of a small team of creatives. I prioritise and schedule in jobs, write briefs and produce project timelines to make sure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. Previously I worked for Tag, managing advertising production for Amazon, one of the agency’s top earning accounts and Ryanair. Both accounts were fast-paced and challenging due to their need to respond to newly emerging consumer demands around quality and efficiency. Before this I handled campaigns for Tesco, overseeing creative projects from briefing through to execution and delivery. My role was client facing and I was dealing with senior marketing managers regularly to help them deliver communications across a range of ATL channels (print, digital, TV, radio) and international markets. I’m an enthusiastic, teamwork-oriented person with a practical approach to problem solving. I have a keen eye for detail and also enjoy bringing a splash of creativity to the role. As a friendly person, I’m approachable, a good listener and enjoy forming and nurturing relationships. Having worked both as part of a large, established agency and a small but ambitious team, I’m highly adaptable and always up for a challenge.
