Assisting the F&B director of the Hotel Ritz in Paris and co-managing the Ritz Bar for the reopening of the hotel in June 2016. Main responsibilities consisted of creating an identity for the new and modern bistro/bar inside the hotel; establishing a well-functioning work environment for the employees' mobility; redefine the hospitality design and space in order to ensure a good experience for the hotel's customers; train and manage a team of 12 employees and ensure customer satisfaction; deal with daily administrative tasks: plannings, menus, events organization, constant communication with the other services.
Assistant Curator

Assistant curator, assisting Ilana Shamoon and Isabelle Gaudefroy on the "Beauté Congo - 1926-2015 -Congo Kitoko" exhibited at the Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art from the 11th of July 2015 until the 10th of January 2016. A very rewarding experience consisting of different responsibilities that requiered autonomy, flexibility and constant team work. A 6 months internship divided in 3 important duties : assisting Ilana Shammon in the selection and the acquisition of the audio-visual works presented in the exhibition, their layout and set up; assisting Isabelle Gaudefroy and work on the overall progress and program of the exhibition; work with the Nomadic Nights service on the Pan African Space Station Pop-Up, a radio project developed in collaboration with the South African revue Chimurenga, as part of the exhibition Beauté Congo.
