I am a Special Project Manager with an artistic and advertising background. I have 17 years of experience in the creative sector on a wide variety of platforms: from advertising agencies through large publishing houses to running my own gallery and concert scene. I am effective as a specialist in controlling the product brought by creative outsourcing, but also as a strategist and visionary of the client or/and brand. The capacity of combining creative and analytical thinking makes me valuable wherever you need uncommon planning and decision making, organizing, leading -motivating and controlling your team.
By education I am an artist and recently worked as freelance Art Director and Graphic Designer who’s passionate about many branches of design and products that are intuitive and bring value to consumer’s lives. I seek to empathize and understand customer’s needs, then translate those needs into specific design image and interaction. I thrive on target’s perception in order to do design that works practically, and at scale. I have a good design sense, and a keen eye for detail and craft.

Projects
- New space of CZARNA GALLERYCZARNA GALLERY was located in the heart of Warsaw and created a space based on two pillars: gastronomic and cultural. CZARNA was primarily a contemporary art gallery (founded in 2005), but after moving from Marszałkowska 4 to its new headquarters at Sienkiewicza 4, it also opened a bar to create a new quality of social room and initiate synergy of various cultural segments. In addition to exhibitions we have organized niche concerts, artistic publications, public debates and readings, creative workshops and design workshops — also for children.
