Projects
  • IOU Love thy work Series
IOU Love thy work SeriesLove thy work is an IOU series introducing people from diverse creative backgrounds who are passionate about what they do for a living. Following IOU's maxim of knowing the stories of people who make, the magazine aims to inspire the readers through its straightforward approach.
  • Pablo Lago Website
Pablo Lago WebsiteA showcase of the work of Pablo Lago, a cinematographer based in Barcelona. The task was to create a display for the videos preserving its various aspect ratios. As a result, the black website works as a background to promote a cinematic experience for the viewer. A visually appealing teaser introduces each project by highlighting the best takes on it.
  • Med winds Website
Med winds WebsiteMed winds is a Mediterranean-inspired brand from Barcelona that designs garmets and accessories. The products are crafted in small factories and workshops near the Mediterranean using fabrics and material suppliers that are also local. The brand defines itself as a cause and a lifestyle to preserve the Mediterranean coast and its identity. As most sales are online, the redesign proposal aims to draw a consistent eCommerce experience and evolve Med winds messaging with a minimal, unbranded interface.
  • Luedji Luna Website
Luedji Luna WebsiteLuedji Luna is a singer and songwriter, her work is influenced by Brazilian popular music, jazz and afro culture with a combination of academic and more organic and intuitive processes. Her lyrics are mostly autobiographical and literary. The result of this is a soft but strong music, also emotional and feminine. Making this concepts visual, the website works as a biography, a poster for the artist's last updates and also as a forwarder for her social media profiles.
  • IOU Sales Book
IOU Sales BookAn index of IOU's clothing line. The IOU Project produces and sells unique, handmade apparel made from textiles handwoven in India, assembled by craftsmen in Europe. IOU designs are basic and versatile and the piece of fabric used in each item is exclusive, being not one garmet like the other. As a matter of keeping record of the designs, the book is a plain register showing practical information next to a flat picture of each item, plus its corresponding look. The book is also a tool to display IOU's philosophy of traceability and social and environmental responsibility.
  • Med winds Look Book
Med winds Look BookEach season Med winds travels the Mediterranean in the search for the right scenario for its new collection. As defined by the brand, «a trip that sails the Mediterranean seeking to discover and experience it's soul». The lookbook aims to capture this essence by choosing the personal perspective of a holiday photo album as its main reference. Art direction by Mariarosa Mesmano. Photography by Bárbara Vidal.
Work history
    Product Designer
     - Barcelona, SpainFull Time
Flamingo was a startup for mobile application development. A brief summary of my experience with the company, from newest to oldest: 2015, 2016 – Flamingo Partners was merged with Slash Mobility, a bigger company in the mobile market. At Slash Mobility I was a senior UI designer specialised in iOS but also working with Android and cross-platform software, responsible for designing for brands such as La Caixa, Axa, FC Barcelona, Pronovias, Mango, among others. As in Flamingo, here I was involved in the projects from concept to execution, also prototyping, dealing with clients and project planning. 2014, 2015 – At this point, I was responsible for the design department of Flamingo, participating and frequently leading meetings with clients, conceptualising products and designing software for a variety of industries – Health & Wellness, eCommerce, Technology, among others. I also guided the development team in the projects implementation and occasionally had interns under my supervision. 2013, 2014 – I started in Flamingo as a digital designer and junior UI designer. Soon I had the opportunity to take part on the app development process from concept to product, my responsibilities increased and I was able to participate in the projects decisions.
