  • • Developed and implemented new ways of VM in all sections across the website which led to creating a new strong visual identity for the brand and over 30% of increase in conversion rate after first month • Working on a product pick and VM for all of the customer e-mails. Developed and implemented new ways of displaying the product, which created new visual voice for the company. This got positively received by Avenue’s customer proven by the e-mail performance reports – increase in conversion rate, open rate and click-to-open rate • Content managing of the website with all aspects of a new product content lifecycle, from content uploads through CMS and FTP to support products going live to ensuring product is optimized into all relevant categories on site • Increased conversion rate by 20% from on site boutiques and trend pages which I have created by analysing sales, trends and by careful review of customer search behaviour • Came up with an easier system for cross sell new products going live which cut the amount of time spend on it by 50% • Came up with a new schedule for refreshing VM for all sections across the website by in depth analysis of our competitors VM and tailored it to Avenue’s needs. This new system has allowed us to work in more organized time frame and helped to plan ahead how to prioritize tasks • Managing of the Polyvore board. By For the first time, since existence of the Avenue’s page on Polyvore we have been regularly completing brand challenges and receiving editorial exposure on Polyvore homepage. Product impressions, engagement and shares went up, as well as doubled the number of followers on average, per week
