As an Editor at ASOS, I work across CRM and digital marketing to create on-brand copy across both menswear and womenswear email, mobile and paid social channels, helping to maximise the effectiveness of each platform and drive the conversion of open rates into sales. Within this role I am responsible for creating clear, coherent stories for the target customer and edit products they see to ensure that every communication they receive is relevant and engaging. In this position I manage the Junior Editor within the team, overseeing their work and personal development.
I returned to The Body Shop in an integrated role collaborating with designers to develop creative concepts and writing copy across in-store promotions, PR, digital, social and paid media. In this position I mentored another copywriter within the team and oversaw the work of freelance copywriters.
As the only e-commerce copywriter during my time at Ted Baker, I was fully responsible for writing all digital content and bringing the brand's unique brand personality to life online. In this fast-paced role I was given creative freedom to write all online editorial features, email copy and online product descriptions that helped drive the digital content strategy.
Working within a fast-paced creative studio, my role was to produce engaging and ASA compliant copy for one of the world's most iconic beauty brands.
