    Team Head of the International team within the consumer practice, leading a team of ten on global comms for clients including Lexus and Harrods with past clients including Pepsi Global, Natura Bissé and Diageo Reserve brands. In 2015, spent six months with PepsiCo in New York working with the Global beverage team to develop the first content to be created by Pepsi Studios, short film Black Knight Decoded. The project involved managing satellite events in 12 countries around the world as project manager leading the team producing content and developing market guidelines, alongside talent management, global comms development and working alongside Global CMO Frank Cooper and team to craft supporting content. Additional international campaign highlights include; - Managing The Life RX campaign for Lexus Europe, crafting a pan-European campaign for Lexus’ flagship car in 2015, developing an interactive immersive experience for over 100 European media starring Jude Law and delivering over 1000 pieces of coverage and higher than ever sales for the RX car - Global management and ongoing strategic partnership guidance for Lexus’ collaboration with film studio EuropaCorp to develop key film prop the SKYJET for upcoming Luc Besson film Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. Working with the Japan based Lexus International team and local Lexus markets to develop principal comms and amplification plans, alongside ongoing management of relationship with studio film partner and talent engagement to leverage key film moments - Strategic counsel and overarching Global comms narrative development for Natura Bissé, a Spanish luxury skincare brand. Worked with the brand to develop product launch strategy and a full 360 comms platform to elevate them beyond niche smaller skincare label - Strategic communications support, providing considered guidance to Harrods teams and stakeholders across the marketing mix. Work included crafting a central brand narrative and development of messaging, ensuring that each campaign created by the brand has a clear, distinctive purpose that will move the business and brand forward, alongside building from the existing marketing campaign to generate creatives and content - Johnnie Walker Blue Label Global launch of the Gentleman's Wager 1 & 2 short films with Jude Law, Giancarlo Giannini and Jake Scott (Global), developing overarching campaign amplification plans, launch events and market management across Europe Prior to moving onto the international team, worked on the UK consumer team for four years on the Walkers crisps account developing campaigns including Do Us A Flavour (UK), What's That Flavour and NPD launches, M&M's UK campaigns across 2012 and 2013, comparethemarket.com's Maiya launch with Elizabeth Hurley and Carphone Warehouse NPD launches.
