Artisan food restaurant centered around local produce, food ethics and sustainability. Situated within a victorian walled garden among the Mendip hills. As part of the team I take part in front of house duties serving and engaging customers in our food stories and ethics as well as recent projects including the BBC Food Programme's autumn equinox.

BA(Hons) Contemporary DanceTrinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance

Study centered around contemporary dance as well as performance design, theatre, choreography, arts history, arts administration, dance science, writing and creative development. Whilst studying I worked with a huge range of artists from various disciplines including theatre, classical and jazz music, art makers, sculptors, textile artists, poets and visual design. I have had various performance experience working with industry professionals and institutions such as Tate and National Theatre, as well as creating and producing my own work.
