Leading the team who are responsible for delivering support on
all cross-organisational digital marketing activities. This includes;
organic social media and online communities, paid digital
acquisition (including PPC, social advertising, VOD & Teads),
SEO, email marketing, digital content marketing, celebrity,
community and micro influencer marketing. I direct the ideation,
facilitation and delivery of effective and impact focused digital
strategies which meet organisational objectives. Ensuring our
channel architecture meets user need whilst supporting holistic
and effective journeys for our audiences. Everyday I engage with
a diverse range of stakeholders from people with Parkinson’s, to
the executive team, supporters to supporter engagement,
researchers and fundraisers. As a contributor to the crossorganisational
team driving wider digital transformation, I also
regularly review new technologies, techniques and opportunities
to improve the charity’s digital strategy. My role is directly
accountable for budget ownership, agency appointment and for
GDPR compliance and digital consent strategy.
