A centralised role within Orillo Films to ensure projects are being delivered on time and to brief.
• Manage edit schedules, update Producers with progress of projects and find solutions to issues that may arise.
• Manage the administration of the department. Ensure editors have all relevant assets, briefs and collateral ahead of the project moving from Production to Post.
• Work with Head of Post and Post Production Manager to manage the storage of films and how they are backed up.
• Maintain communication with Pre-production, Production and Post. Attend all Pre- Production meetings to ascertain knowledge of all projects coming in.
• Factor in time for DOPs, Directors or Clients to oversee edits or grades in the Orillo Studio.
• Delegate and schedule projects by priority.
• Ensure clients have understanding of the Post process to manage expectations and work to realistic deadlines.
• Resource freelancers, assist with Recruitment and understand needs of the department.
• Organise Post training and self-development.
• Post budget management.
• Work with Directors and Finance to develop Post-Production pricing structures.

• Work with each department of production to ensure clients’ needs are fulfilled:
- Work with Pre-Production to produce the creative brief and plan shoots.
- Prepare and organise the Production Team to ensure shoots run smoothly.
- Oversee Post-Production and communicate with the client so they are aware of the Post process.
- Attain 'sign off' from client upon completion of projects.
• Fill out necessary paperwork for shoots (Call Sheets, Risk Assessments, Shot Lists, Schedules etc)
• Organise logistics for shoots (Add filming dates to company calendar, ensuring everyone assigned to a project has relevant information, organising accommodation, organising travel etc)
• Organise meetings between departments and with the whole team and ensuring they go ahead, to discuss current and upcoming work, as well as Debriefs on past projects.
• Attend meetings with clients to discuss upcoming and current requirements for projects.
• Maintain client relationships.
