Graduating from Central Saint Martin’s BA Textile Design, specialising in Print, Ajib set out to create a line of menswear inspired accessories. Masculine aesthetics largely influence her work due to its focus on detail; a core attribute of Ajib London. Her debut collection is a selection of printed scarves inspired by the flicker and intricacy of sparks and filaments - symbolising the ignition of the brand. Whilst the imagery is ultra modern, the compositions have been influenced by traditional tie prints.

I am the point of call between our production factory in Italy and the brand here in London. Duties include liaising with them during the design development process to make cost-effective manufacturing decisions without compromising on aesthetics.
Keeping a clear, coherent and current record of all budgets, expenditure and sales, I ensure our financial submissions are processed in respect of the deadlines.
In order to keep in close touch with our customers, as well as successfully market our products, I maintain the brand's website and social media pages with our latest news and inspirations and ensure all correspondence is acknowledged. This helps maintain the attention of our target audience and keep them informed.
All order packaging is done in - house. This avoids a conveyor belt response to order fulflment and ensures each customer's purchase is given unrivalled attention to detail which makes them feel valued.

Mirjam Rouden is a Print Design studio supplying one of a kind designs to brands such as Alice and Olivia, Banana Republic and Asos.
I worked in the studio, producing screen and digital prints that were sold via trade shows such as Premier Vision in Paris.
To aid production, I self directed research by visiting relevant exhibitions in London and taking impromptu photographs of my inspirations outside of work.
