Promotions Assistant
* Paid, Part-time role taken in conjunction with my final year studies at Bristol.
* Duties included working within a team of promotions assistants on events and gigs in the Anson Rooms venue. Tasks performed ranged from box office roles to social media engagement with putative patrons/ customers.
* Responsible for B2C engagement, primarily through social media, flyering, and communicating events via word of mouth.
* The job featured a considerable amount of cash-handling and working under a lot of pressure, particularly when manning the box office/ cloak room during busy periods.
