My hands-on approach means I’m a very pro-active and passionate person in everything I do. I’m good at managing and encouraging my team as well as putting my ideas into action. My vibrant personality is reflected in my work and gives me that edge companies need to stand out. Working at Videojug Networks for 3 and a half years gave me a great understanding of the digital world and the production process. At IMG Media I have shown exceptional organisation skills in live broadcast and in setting up international shoots. Proving I’m well equipped to deal with multiple projects and tasks at one time and manage the budgets of these shows. More recently I have been working at Red Bull media house on a high pressure, fast turnaround series. I have real loyalty to the companies I work for, showing I’m adaptable and determined to learn and expand my skill set.
