On appointment of contact at Eliteguide issues with its town center commercial properties across 3 city’s were identified. 3 locations were at end of long lease periods, with 2 being full repairing leases. I project managed the 3 locations to get them back to Leasable standards and are now all fully leased, 2 F&B and one Retail.
In the case of a Worcester property the tenant (part of the JD Sports group) which was in a state of flux remains in occupation and is holding over and negotiations continue to determine whether they will take a new lease parallel to the remarketing exercise.

As General Manager at Market Halls I implemented the successful launch of the new concept Food market into Fulham and Victoria as well as the Logistic set up for Planning for Oxford Street (2019). My role at Market Halls has involved the creation of procedures and processes for the company to use going forward in across all the brands, including but not limited to billing/invoicing, tenant relations, fit out needs, delivery and logistics management, people management and budget management.
