- Raising and completing wholesale orders, as well as the preparing and monitoring of critical paths for wholesale orders to make sure all agreed delivery dates are met
- Being involved in the fitting process of all new wholesale orders placed to ensure these are fitted correctly for the customer and to make sure the returns rate is lowered as a result of the fit
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure the correct promotion for key accounts to boost visibility to maximise sales revenue
- Weekly competitor reporting to outline the latest actions taken
- Experience dealing with customers first hand both online and face-to-face to help solve any queries they have by making sure my responses are efficient and friendly
- Being on hand to help management training new members of the team by offering guidance and support
