About me
Throughout my career, I have focused on combining my curiosity and diverse
background with my enthusiasm for design and the arts in a compelling way. My work experience has often involved a multidisciplinary approach, from initial research and prototyping to delivering and documenting finished projects. My personal work often explores more socio-political and environmental issues with a casual detour around science, our cosmos, and our history as a species.
I have always been curious about new technologies made available to the design industry, while also having a strong belief in more traditional techniques for visual communication. This diversity has pushed me to explore different media, from illustration and typography to 3D animation or projection mapping.
Although I am comfortable working alone on a project I believe that teaming up and collaborating with other people not only is fun and enjoyable, it is also a rewarding practice that enriches any given brief.
Freelancing and spending more than a year in a fast-paced start-up environment with tight deadlines mean that I know when there is room to explore and experiment with new approaches, and when it is time to focus in order to deliver any product timely. I have learned (the hard way!) the importance of time management and adaptability to organise tasks and work in an efficient manner.
But above all, I have learned that creativity is not about innate talent or imagination, it is with hard work and iterative processes that we can lead an idea to its fruition. One can find beauty and inspiration in any given subject, as long as we are willing to explore it and put the necessary effort in.

- Red Bull Doodle Art VR GalleryRed Bull Doodle Art is a global doodling competition where over 40.000 students worldwide are invited to share their creativity. In its third edition, the best doodlers from around the world were invited to San Francisco where they could take doodling to the next dimension, literally. - The Heartbeat OrchestraThis project is an interactive musical installation that measures the pulse rates of five participants and generates orchestral music from this data. Participants gather around a podium, and can enjoy generative visuals that accompany the sounds. The first version of this was built for the Science Museum "Bio-Revolution" Lates in February 2014. This second version was featured at Secret Garden Party in July 2014.
- Management Seminar Mobile AppThis mobile application was designed for a 2017 Managment Seminar taking place in San Fransisco, more than 300 delegates used their mobiles to register and exchange contacts, and by a gameification of the whole experience using Virtual and Augmented reality they were able to compete against each other in order to score points and be top of a leaderboard.
- Inner VisionsIn 2002 Digital Illusions CE a Stockholm based video games developer released Battle eld 1942, a WWII based rst-person shooter. Its wide success would lead to the development of the Battle eld series for the next ten years. Using Frostbite 3, the latest game engine DICE developed, Battle eld 4 reaches a level of realism never seen before. Lighting e ects and sound design simulate war combat in such an e cient manner that it has been reported the game can trigger ashbacks on war veterans su er
- Loop.pH - Atmeture videoAtmeture was commissioned by onedotzero for Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation for the inaugural Letchworth ‘Fire & Fright Festival’. The geometric latticework is performed when filled with transparent inflating membranes that are animated by being pumped with air, reminiscent of breath. I was responsible for filming and editing a film about the project. The structure appears alive and breathing as it’s rhythmically filled with swirling smoke, changing the opacity of the structure.

- OsmoWHAT: Osmo, A beginners guide to constructing the cosmos WHERE: Under the A13 flyover, Canning Town, London WHEN: Saturday 29 Nov 2014 (6pm-12am) “For many inhabitants of big cities like New York and London, a night spent under a sky full of stars is an unlikely event, if not impossible. Skyscraping buildings and inevitable air pollution limits the possibility of even getting a glimpse of the awe-inspiring universe above. [Designboom]”
