  Scally LadsScallies; chavs; neds – these are all regional variations used across Britain to describe aggressive, anti-social, working class men with a penchant for tracksuits and trainers. In the early-to-mid 2000s they were at the centre of a moral panic but they have also become a popular fetish in the gay underground.
