I started out designing music and gig posters to fund our bands practice spaces and tours. As well as earn some pocket money. Turned out that it was a nice networking circle, meeting promoters through the band who inherently had a need for poster design. After pursuing design and illustration through my studies and continuing in this direction from that point. It was set.
Coming from more of an art focus at an early age, a lot of my design takes on an illustrative lean. Which as my skillset has developed - is a brilliant combination of layout and and broader design skills, intermixed with an illustrative ability to break down difficult or complicated notions in to easily digestible ideas.
