  • Bacardi, Barclaycard, Debenhams and CBRE accounts • Provide a strategic service to clients, helping to direct content strategy across all digital and social channels • Lead production of all content across my clients’ accounts and its distribution in owned, earned and paid media • Produce forecasts for all accounts, based upon client budgets and planning processes, including regular forecast reports to the Board, reporting of actual vs. planned performance, and identification of remedial actions where plans are not being met • Oversee agency relationships with clients’ other agency partners, ensuring an effective service is provided to all partners and that an integrated approach is adopted • Identify new business opportunities within the clients’ businesses • Drive adoption of new processes and workflows in the agency Key projects: • Led the Bacardi client to maximise the reach and impact of content created at Bacardi Triangle, a music event held in Oct '14 in the Bermuda Triangle with Calvin Harris, Ellie Goulding and Kendrick Lamar as the headliners - Negotiated bespoke brand partnerships with like-minded brands - Built a custom app to collect and edit UGC event footage in real time - Co-created video content with Shazam (pushed to 18M handsets) - Co-branded a music and travel hub and launched a competition with - Distributed content natively to a network of publishers via the AYS proprietary technology platform • Executed the launch of BCTV in Apr '13, Barclaycard's own brand platform hosting video content - Produced 40+ films for BCTV to-date - BCTV generated over 100,000 natural views in 6 months, with an average CTR of 11.7% and 250% uplift in myBarclaycard app downloads - UK's financial industry first such platform, shortlisted for the Marketing Week Engage Award - Led the agency team, which was rated the top Barclaycard agency partner in 2013
