- Green Sun Investement WebsiteThe project required little of coding and quite an intensive re-design. The old website was very unfriendly in its experience and navigation was a nightmare. The goal was to create a simple website with clear navigation and easy user flow that would also illustrate the nature of the company as well as provide some basic information about it.
- Personal WebsiteThis is a personal website that I have recently build based on UI/UX Design process. The whole project requied data collection from user coming to my website, prioritisation, user profiling and after aquiring all of this the visual part could start. The whole project took about a month to finish and is running since December 2017. Using only HTML and CSS th coding was simple and done by myself as there was no progrmaming required.
- SCRIBE Theme The design of the product itself has been a great challenge. I wanted to create fresh simple design that would be atractive for the users. It also had to meet the criteria of the technology, because it is still limited and not fully adaptive to the current CMS systems. I went with a simple minimal layout with flat design features, like shadowing, etc. The results are now meeting with a great respons from the peers and we are thinking of releasing a new version, that is still in stage of concepting now.
- Lukas Lindner WebsiteLukas Lindner is a fashion brand for high end public figures from the whole Europe. The owner is helping many charities and has a great name amongst Czech celebrities. The goal with the website was to create minimalistic design with many artistic features and details. I have created a layout that is easy to navigate in and is nice to look at. The needs of the client were to have most of the pieces displayed and also to have the runway pictures in special categories. I have created a navigation that has the ability to sort all of these out to specific categories and so then the browsing is very intuitive. I am very proud of this website since it has met with an incredible feedback not only from the client, but also the partners and clients of his.
- UNUM CampaignUNUM campaign a project that I have created for a comapny Open Finance, for which I have been working as a creative consultant. The campaign’s main goal was to unite and re-design all the marketing material into one concept and release a fresh new identity of the company starting with a new logo, ending with new intranet design. This project required complete re-design of the whole corporate identity and all the materials that were in the company for years so that it would correspondent with the company’s philosophy.

In addition to the previous role, I have been trusted with the responsibilities of leadership of the team, which includes tasks such as everyday communication with the designers, sprint planning, organisation of the team, guidance, occasional client meetings, handovers between design team and FE, capacity management, etc. Practical work consists of product design, focused on definition and ideation part of the UX process, conceptual work of the product and setting processes of the complete workflow of UX and UI, as well as design system management, prototyping, and managing rebrand that is currently in progress.

As part of this job was to build user interfaces for company’s web and mobile based applications. Processes included searching for use cases, create user flow and journeys, as well as conduct an ux research. My part was also to manage the UI Kit that is the company’s design system and convert wireframes to high fidelity mockup, later to prototypes to ease the process of handover to development.
