Farrow & Ball

  • At Farrow & Ball I was responsible for written content that features across the website, blog, printed collateral, POS and email. I also identified strategic gaps in the brand and have worked towards closing them. I created a brand Tone of Voice document from scratch, identified a need for a robust content and direct marketing strategy and have promoted awareness of competitor positioning.

  • As part of content creation I have a solid copywriting background and have written emailers and blogs for Barbour, Barbour International and Westfield shopping centres. I was heavily involved in the 2014 digital Christmas campaign for Westfield which included writing a Christmas story and storyboard for the promotional video, social assets, website content and digital banners that were shown on the big screen in Waterloo station throughout the campaign. I was also responsible for the developing the social strategies then planning, writing and creating content for my own set of clients: G Plan Upholstery, the European Del Monte account and Westfield shopping centres. As part of my role I was also given the responsibility of controlling the Pinterest accounts for a number of these clients. During my time at Thinking Juice I was given the opportunity to experience different elements of strategic and creative thinking. As part of the insight team I honed my skills for placing together elements of brand strategy and ensuring a synergistic fit. Marrying up the creative concept with social, the always-on content with the campaign activity and ensuring that the insight was always at the core of the brand are all things I am keen to work towards. I have worked on brands such as Barbour, Marshall Amps, Caterpillar, Dimplex and Inchcape.
