Since graduating from one of the UK’s most prestigious drama schools, I have been involved in various projects on stage, TV and film. In 2015 I played ‘the Cat in the Hat’ in the UK tour, playing at some of the largest venues in the UK. The highlight of this particular project was headlining the main stage at Camp Bestival in front of 8000 people. Moreover, it soon became apparent to me that the recorded media was the platform of communication that I found most rewarding. Whether it be behind the camera, or in front of it, the buzz I get from being in that environment is something that would urge me to go above and beyond. Being an actor requires you to be time efficient, confident, brave, adaptive, hard working, trust-worthy and dedicated all skills that can be instantly transferrable. Most importantly however, the grit and determination you need for such a relentlessly difficult job, gives you a personal drive that is necessary for a successful career in the creative industries.
