Studying Music and Media Management at the University of Gloucestershire has grown my passion for the music industry. Working on theories such as people management, business strategy, customer services and events and fundraising, combined with over three years retail experience has allowed me to develop myself into a valuable employee with many skills. I have been passionate about music since I was given my first radio and cassette at the age of 10. An interest across many genres, as well as technologies and business strategies within the music industry has given me knowledge of the current music market as both a consumer and student. My work setting up and developing ‘Made to Measure Productions’, a music and events company based at the University of Gloucestershire has taught many skills such as organising and planning events, developing branding and marketing and working with a variety of companies and colleagues from all backgrounds and influences. I am a friendly and open person who is good at communicating to both colleagues and customers. I am both equally confident working individually and as part of a team and have had over three years in retail and food services in which I've developed my skills. I believe I would be a strong addition to your team providing a variety of skills, and the willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Founding member of media and events company Made to Measure Production. Part of the University of Gloucestershire my role involved both organising events, developing business relationships and creating and sourcing media content. As well as this being part of the group of founding members we built, branded and developed the company from scratch.
