Festival Admin Assistant Nozstock & The Hidden Valley
• Working with the team before during and after the festival editing the website, writing band write-ups, compiling newsletters in relation to the festival industry and monitoring customer service online through comments.
• Duties included in the on-site role: information assistant, lost property, communications, administration, artist payments, social media monitoring, artist liaison and media lockup
• Duties include off-site: photoshop design work, creating wordpress pages, updating the website, writing artist bio’s, research and general admin.
