I'm the Founder and CEO of Beam, the world’s first crowdfunding platform for homeless people. Since launching in 2017, Beam has raised more than £1m in donations, helping hundreds of homeless people start work in sectors facing skills shortages. Beam has won numerous awards including Best Tech for Good in Europe and Best Financial Inclusion Startup in Europe from MIT.
Before Beam, I was CEO of JustPark, a tech startup with 4m customers backed by Index Ventures and BMW, where I led the largest ever crowdfunding round for a tech startup at the time. I've also written a book called The Business of Sharing, which was published by Macmillan in 2015, and advised the Mayor of Seoul on collaborative technology.

I am Site Supervisor in the Fabrication Division of the London Crossrail project. I supervise about 10 guys, and we are doing the ticket hall cladding - some of the nice shiny stuff that you never notice when you pass! I’m really enjoying it and I’m glad to be back in that world again. It’s fun, there’s always something to laugh a1
