• Was a part of a real-life project that consisted of constructing a database using financial and macro data providers as well as doing some preliminary data analysis that they provided me with for my research.
• Used programs such as SAS and R Program to extract the data, which I then used to build a query to use the information relevant to me to create different spreadsheets, databases and tables to analyse the data.
• Did a small research project on the banking accounting standards itself to gain a greater understanding of the impacts of the changes on the banks and to understand what standards that the Italian banks apply.

• Worked on Cisco’s smart city solutions and I was responsible for coordinating between the customer(s) and product teams to provide customised solutions to the public sector and commercial Customers.
• Worked on Cisco’s Remote Expert Solution (REGS) providing real-time video connectivity to subject matter experts for different Government use cases.
• Helped customise kiosk solutions to provide self-service solutions such as applying for new commercial licenses for the Government of Dubai.
• Helped customers deliver connected workspace solutions for their employees by coordinating the different internal resources to ensure the project timelines were met. (Customer client services)
