Responsible for Global content planning, provision and execution. - Ensuring all global content is on-brand and consistent — in terms of style, quality and tone of voice — and optimised for search and optimum user experience on all channels of content, including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person. - Ensuring a consistent experience globally, implementing appropriate localisation/translation strategies. - Strategic management and planning of content team activities. - Management all of content-related activities for all major globally focussed projects & campaigns - Contributing to the idea/planning phase, ensuring that projects match the company's global strategy. - Delivering feedback on intended UX/UI, style of writing, direction of content required in all projects. - Managing full content production process and assigning responsible persons to realise business goals. - Approving all created content, ensuring that it complies with our style-guide, brand-book and intended project goals and is suited to the target audience. - Participation in the hiring and supervising of content/story writers in all content verticals. - Working closely with the company’s Head of Design & UX on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels.

- Creation, development and management of all of the company’s content; - Maintaining consistency in the look, feel and voice of all content through all external-facing outlets; - Creation of all content - websites, social media, in-app wording, public releases, etc.; - Tracking and reporting metrics and analytics.
