Creative Designer
I am currently a creative designer for HIP Hotels. The role includes on tree main activities.
1. Art direction. I make sure all of the company's content is on brand and created with an individual touch whether this means diving into the creative cloud myself or handing the task off to one of my team members.
2.Editing and Animation. We are always publishing new video content. This includes the presentation of our member hotels as well as the promotion of our membership products. You are likely to find me knee deep in Aftereffects or Premiere Pro projects on most of my days.
3.Strategy. Together with the head of development I have taken over the communication strategy of the company's new endeavour 'sheradill'. We work hand in hand with our social media and PR department to get the word out and generate awareness for the start-up-like venture.

I founded and managed Goldflake Media, a Berlin based video production company which focused on promotional and training videos, animations and multi camera event coverage for small and medium sized companies.
