  • Working in a team of two, some of our recent achievements include launching our exclusive Black Label events outside of London and assisting in one of our most successful nationwide marketing campaigns to date ‘Love Your Imperfections’. I have constant input in how events are advertised on the site, via social media, using video content, imagery and content. My main jobs - • Manage day to day events schedule, organising around 40 events across the UK each month • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and venues • Manage external staffing agency • Achieve monetary targets each month • Constantly identifying new opportunities including PR content • Developing PR events alongside our sponsorship i.e. most recently with ITV’s Love Island • Integrate social media with match events • Support HQ in analysis of post event success including revenue reconciliation • Present quartly analysis of consumer metrics

Examples of events I managed in the office – *An evening with Van Morrison at the Grosvenor House for the Lord Taverners Charity – 650 people *Summer in February Charity Screening for Breakthrough Breast Cancer – 250 people *VIP day at Cheltenham Festival – 3 day event, 150 people My main jobs - • Diary and Office management, organise staff, running order and coordinate our schedule around the event and solving any issues • Promote event via social media and arrange radio advertisement • Source items to match each event individually i.e. limited edition art work, memorabilia • Liaising with production teams to organise schedules, travel & itineraries • Deliver break down of event and post event review
