Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion and jewellery talents through sponsorships special projects and films
Implementation of the fashion week programme, which includes applications, product presentations, contracts, critical paths, PR collateral, briefs and PR plans
Manage complete event organisation of fashion related institutions, high profile fashion exhibitions, store events and local events including press launches, press days and exclusive PR dinners. Including the following: Fashion Awards, London Fashion Week, London Fashion Week Men’s, Graduate Fashion Week and Central Saint Martin’s shows
Managing Fashion Communications Assistant and Product Coordinator
Production and update of PPT presentations, critical paths, retro-planning’s and strategy documents for all projects
Production of contracts and briefings for filming companies and photographers
Managing social & digital strategy for all Fashion projects
Liaise with Product Coordinator in Corporate Branding & Communication office and product development team in Austria
Liaise with Global communication teams and Swarovski Business Units to ensure projects achieve maximum results and drives brand awareness and/or sales
Regular sourcing of fashion designers, filming companies, illustrators, innovators and photographers to support projects, with state-of the art services and at the most competitive rate
Liaise and brief alongside Head of Communications filming & photography companies, presenters, show producers and bloggers during fashion weeks
Creation of collateral including seasonal elookbook, press releases, microsite content, collating sketches, images, quotes
Research and recommend new industry partners, identifying opportunity’s that help position Swarovski as a brand at the forefront of the fashion industry
Liaise with stylists to coordinate fashion pieces send outs to photoshoots
Track & analyse media coverage and social media results per project on regular basis
Maintain designer relations throughout the season and beyond
Work with Head of Communications to forecast annual budget requirements
Help identify and negotiate for best rates for filming, & photography companies
