Producer & Assistant to Director
Assisting the Director in the smooth running of the Beauty & Style Divisions in the London & New York offices.
Liaising directly with the 12 Artists on the roster to ensure their production needs are met.
Managing the Artists schedules and ensuring all diaries are kept up to date.
Arranging all travel & accommodation requirements.
Booking assistants for shoots and shows.
Mediating between Artist & Client on brief and shoot requirements.
Creating estimates and reconciling costs for all jobs - signing off of all supplier invoices.
Organising brand sponsorship for shows.
Marketing the Artists though social media & website and setting up meetings for Artists with potential new clients/ other Artists for possible collaborations.
Attending client meetings with Director and being present at Fashion Week shows to help ensure smooth running of shows and document Artists at work for promotion on social media etc,
Spread Sheet & Server Management - Ensuring the server and various spread sheets for appointment feedback / budget management etc are kept tidy and up to date.
