• Write project and business-focused press releases
• Support the business development managers and directors in producing compelling PowerPoint presentations
• Identify and write feature articles for key industry publications
• Develop relationships with journalists and client press departments
Events and Exhibitions
• Research and book event space following briefing guidelines
• Create and revise stand layouts for each event to ensure maximum visibility
• Organise stand freight, furniture, literature and promotional items in line with the Company’s branding guidelines
• Manage the stand at key events
• Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process
• Book hotels and travel in relation to the organised events
• Book and prepare delegate passes
• Keep track of event related expenditure/invoices
• Coordinate the BDMs, marketing team, and Directors as required
• Coordinate with our overseas Sales Agents

• Keeping the website content up to date
• Maintain Salesforce.com for marketing and business development team
• Collate marketing data for monthly board report
• Liaise with external service providers i.e. printers and agencies
• Catalogue the project photo library
• Administer the marketing budget
• Manage the Outlook events calendar
• Create and update event-related website content
• Assist the Sales Director with tasks or projects to help with the day-to-day smooth running of the marketing initiatives
