Support to Account Director in managing a European client (BMS; business worth £5M) - Responsible for leading and developing the relationship across multiple client stakeholders - Monitoring and analysing a brand and competitors performance to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. - Planning and implementing above and below the line advertising materials to support the Sales Teams, from creative brief to in line with marketing plans and brand strategy (web banners, print brochures, events, eBooks, DM, press ads) - Responsible for planning and delivering several events in Europe in partnership with the client’s marketing team (delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery, management of supplier relationships, travel on site and post-congress analysis). I became the ‘brand champion’ - Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity (ensuring global strategy and key creative messages are implemented/adapted in 24 local markets) - Responsible for conducting meetings on a weekly basis and attending key business events in line with business deliverables - Accountability/commercially responsible for the account (projects reconciliation and quarterly budget forecast) - Campaigns performance analysis on brand awareness/sales volume/spontaneous brand recognition (follow-up calls/emailing) - Direct reports: one account manager, one account executive
Support to Account Director in managing a Global client (Merck, US-based; business worth £5M) - Day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns (from creative brief to execution and production of the campaign), including the attending of quarterly business meetings in the US - Brand Guardian for all marketing deliverables and activities throughout Europe to assure brand identity consistency - Work hands in hands with the Head of Planning on a marketing plan development for the US client (business goals analysis, market’s needs and trends review, competitors’ analysis, positioning, CSF, marketing messages development) - Management of an internal event to launch a Training Programme for sales force (development of training materials, responsible for the logistic of the event, travel on-site) - Direct report: one account executive
• Responsible for managing, planning and delivering marketing campaigns on time and budget for EMEA and French accounts with the support of an account director and an account manager • Main point of contact for clients and internal experts - GSK (business worth £1M): pharmacist and consumer campaign to launch the product in France (POS, press ads, direct marketing, outdoor prints and radio spot) - BMS (business worth £5M): interactive European disease awareness programme for patients (Flash design in 6 languages for 20 countries) • Direct report: one account executive
