Currently seeking employment or contracted commission also to continue my studies towards a PhD. The ideal job I am looking for would be connected with image making using photography and moving images as articulations within the commercial creative practice.
• I set up, from 2005 to 2008 collaboratively, a professional studio complete with cameras, lights, computers, projectors and a spectrum of related photographic studio equipment which was used for a variety of photo and event commissions as well as being contracted for film events and photography projection. We developed a basic photography programme often using the studio space as a workshop for two times per week: we had conducted commissioned photo-sessions, seminars, talks and photography initiations workshops for small groups (10-15 people); sessions which were focused merely on the studio/camera technicality and on the aesthetical composition. This role required full responsibility of photos-sessions from start to finish. Researching photographers, locations, trend directions, dealing with model agencies, arranging casting days and planning shoots. Other responsibilities included administration, shoot production and coordination and travel/accommodation arrangements. • I undertook small projects, whilst taking a BA photography course at Kingston University, thereby expanding a professional work portfolio and developing assurance in such areas as: studio lighting arrangement, darkroom photograph processing (colour and black & white), screen-printing and lithography, proper handling and use of medium and large format cameras as well as 35mm cameras (analogic and digital)
• As an e-commerce team manager, collaboratively lead and co-ordinated 90 permanent employees in the sales, distribution and customer service departments to process in excess of 150 online orders per day • Provided consumers with speedy responses and respectful support while meeting timelines resulting in positive sales numbers within the Romanian commercial online industry
