I’m a personal and professional Coach and facilitator. I help individuals feel more aligned and confident; and unlock team dynamics to identify superpowers, reduce conflicts, and improve effectiveness.
While it’s easier to call myself a ‘coach’, I see myself as more of a guide; I’m part teacher, part mentor, and thought partner. I have a natural tendency to cheerlead the hell out of people… and am grateful that I was able to turn that into a job :)
I’ve always been interested in the truth in people - the aspects of them that are unwavering and constant and unique. It never seemed aspirational to me, while aspirations are great - I think the best of us isn’t beyond us, it’s within. It just may need some dusting off or unlocking. So that’s what I help people do.
I aim to have my clients leave a session further ahead than they were when they came in. Like the view broadened in our time together and you can see possibilities where there previously weren’t. Feeling aligned with their best self... that’s my intention and wish for every human.
