I have been a part of The Release since before its launch, helping in a multitude of roles, applying my skills wherever possible. I helped the founders market the platform before its launch, write articles and design elements of the branding/visuals. I also assist with running the social media.
The Release is an online magazine and platform curated by a collective of young female creatives; encompassing sexual, environmental, social and gender-based politics on current issues and everything it means to be a young woman in this dynamic and ever-expanding society.

Throughout my time at Flint I was able to develop my PR skill set by increasing my journalistic network by creating media lists, pitching via phone calls and emails with numerous pitches tailored towards certain publications and journalists. This required creative thinking and development of copywriting skills. I was able to secure coverage in a number of publications such as The Week, Homes & Antiques, and Exclusively British.
Clients included Royal Institute of British Architects, Mayfair Art Weekend and Museum of London Docklands.
I took a strong lead on the social media accounts for Flint, running the Twitter and Instagram account as well as creating content for clients. Throughout my time at Flint my time management and team relationships were noted to be very strong.
