About me
I am Alice, a hard-working professional, passionate, and dedicated person with a keen interest in fashion, styling, photography and digital e-commerce and valuable experience in the industry.
I am currently working as the Image Coordinator Team Leader at I Heart Studios, taking care of different accounts such as Harrods, New Look, Tommy Hilfiger, Alexa Chung, All Saints, La Perla and Sweaty Betty among others.
I am responsible for managing the workflow of the post-production department and checking the quality of the images, in order make sure all the jobs are delivered on time and meet the highest standards by the Studio and the client.
My position requires excellent retouching skills and the ability to communicate efficiently and promptly with the teams involved, taking part in daily meetings with other senior departments and helping teams on set if any issue arises during the shooting.
My position also includes training new recruits in terms of workflow, duties and daily tasks, as well as being a mentor who readily helps in problem solving and time management in regards to prioritisation .
My previous experience as a Showroom Assistant at the PR Agency Sane Communications saw me in charge of Visual Merchandising for both the Women and the Men sectors and assisting the Social Media Manager, creating fashion mailers and trend boards for the Agency’s website and updating the social networks for all Agency’s brands with new images, it helped me having a closer look into the digital and ecommerce face of a brand.
After my graduation in Fashion Design at IED (European Institute of Design) in Turin - Italy, I moved to London to attend a course in Fashion Marketing at Central Saint Martins after which I was an Intern at IPR London, a fashion PR Agency, and soon after I had the opportunity to work for a few months at the handbag design studio Chris & Tibor.
Both internships allowed me to get a feel of the fast pace environment that is the Fashion industry and made me realise I was keen to be a part of the process.
My admin experience and organisational skills together with the quick problem solving that a managerial role requires in a fast pace environment like ours make me a good candidate for any production / planning role.
I have learnt how to be a solid addition as a team member, working across with management from all the other departments in the company, on top of which I can count experience in dealing with international outsourcing retouching companies on a daily basis in order to achieve the best results and meet deadlines.
I am Italian, with fluent level of English, both speaking and writing.
I have strong technical skills with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Programs, Excel.
