To pro-actively collect debt owed to Close Brothers Premium Finance for the UK and Republic of Ireland commercial accounts within the cancelled division by managing, reviewing and collecting on an allocated portfolio of Commercial debt. This is done through maintaining a daily diary of cases which have cancelled, manage the communication with the insurance brokers to ensure all premiums have been recovered, cancellations of the policies have been established (where required) and all documents have been received.
To maintain regular contact with the clients of the accounts to recover the debt through the arrangement of a repayment plan and to ensure credit checks have been completed. To ensure monthly targets set by the department have been met on time and to contribute to projects as required by the business.
In addition to this I provide assistance to my colleagues by helping to monitor their cases when they need further support and to issue contact on the cases within their diaries to the customer and / or brokerage as required.
Throughout the customers agreement, ensure regular contact is maintained with the insurance broker to help with the recovery process of the debt and to work closely with the CBPF Sales Managers to advise on any problem accounts.

Tasks include the management of loans and communicating with the insurance brokers by acting as the first point of contact and issuing contact via telephone, i-mail and email to discuss the client loan agreements as well the payments due to the insurers for the policies. To also handle and maintain the loans that have been created for commercial clients by issuing contact to the clients to discuss their loan via telephone or email.
