I am a graduate of Liverpool John Moores Univeristy, where I studied Graphic Design and Illustration, art has always been a passion of mine and I continue to create my own illustrations and sell them. Currently I am a Studio Technician at Print Club London and a front of house team member at the Royal Academy of Arts. I am personable, enthusiastic, a team player, hard worker and enjoy a challenge. My role as front of house at The Royal Academy involves answering customers quiries, dealing with cash when printing tickets, scanning tickets, giving directions, cloakroom assistance and in general helping the public that comes in to the Royal Academy.
Being a studio technician at Print Club London involves teaching in classes, Helping printers one on one with any problems in the studios or their prints, cleaning the studio and making sure that items are stocked. Occasionally I help out with office duties too by helping with the post, trips to the post office and designs for corporate workshops.
I was a printern at Print club London for almost 2 months. By the end of my internship I produced 5 screen printed images of my own artwork to sell exclusively with Print Club. I have also helped Print Club out with the workshops held at the studios and worked their Somerset House and Film Four exhibition where I have taught classes and rolled prints. I also help out with general duties including cleaning up, helping with post and workshops.
My role at High Oak Surgery as a receptionist involved dealing with patients at the front desk, answering phone calls and booking appointments, liaising with medical professionals, giving out lab results, writing letters to patients, helping to organisise medicals and working with the surgery team.
