  • I am responsible for the development of our social media platforms and promoting our roster of artists’ new music releases. Further duties include: - Updating our music promo database ‘Fatdrop’ - Updating our key social media platforms including Sport Lobster, Kicca and Twitter - Managing our two wordpress websites; Shoot Music and Shoot Matchday - Creating newsletters on Mailchimp for mailing to clients - Creating graphics for use on social media to engage with fans i.e. playlist graphics for sports clubs - Liaising with sports clubs regarding their playlisting - Organising competitions of album giveaways on twitter and for football matchday programmes - Managing our numerous Spotify playlists - Liaising with online magazines such as 5 Magazine, Sportsvibe as well as Sky Sports to supply them with stories about new and upcoming releases as well as competition prizes for their readers - Creating reports of singles and album campaigns to send to relevant record labels - Attending sporting events such as NFL games to live tweet our playlists as well as see responses to track choices

  • My primary role is to manage all of our accounts and assist in coordinating all of our campaigns. I work alongside the major music labels to book effective campaigns within their budget, and work closely with product managers to plot the most efficient outdoor and creative campaigns for their artists. Further duties include: - Organising and scheduling printing of campaigns with our printer contacts - Building awareness of our company on social media platforms - Actively acquiring new clients to collaborate with via social media - Proofing artwork of campaigns before printing - Mailing campaigns to regional poster distributors - Organising street teams for flyering and ambient projects - Photographing sites of campaigns - Maintaining a database of upcoming artist record releases - Invoicing for clients - Greeting visitors and answering and screening phone calls - Researching for and overseeing the production of ambient campaigns - Ordering stationery and catering supplies for the office when needed
