Working closely with producers on development of event mood boards, pitches and creative concepts, helping to run and assist on busy fashion events including Chanel, Serpentine Galleries, Adidas, Creme De La Mer and Real Techniques. Researching and sourcing items, presenting findings and completing purchases. Working onsite, involved with pre-event preparation and post-event de-rigging, to include backstage assistance, VIP Greenroom, liaising with PR teams and Front of House contacts
Starting as an office assistant I was helping in the Hoxton office assisting in the Sales department and Finance department, training new staff members. Duties including sales, organising client bookings, creating bespoke quotations and event function sheets, entering purchase invoices and generating deposit invoices, weekly payroll. For the last year I have been given the opportunity to design creative elements for bespoke events, designing mood boards, labelling, typography, menu design and marketing design for clients including V&A, Saatchi Gallery, Royal Greenwich Museums, Southbank, Amazon, Aston Martin, Google and Facebook. Working on programs including Word, Excel, Evolution, People Matters as well as Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Placement during The Photo London exhibition working to develop a range of skills in cultural events. Duties included event coordination including guestlist management and art liaison with photographers including Martin Parr, David Hurn and Taryn Simon as well as managing the information desk and helping the Photo London team and The Somerset House galleries. I have worked as part of a team, with clients and the public to ensure the smooth running of a creative event.

Acting as ‘Front of House’ to welcome general public and answer queries and complete general administration. Working to assist during special events over three locations. Informing and promoting the contemporary art, and undertaking money handling duties in the gallery bookshop. (September 2016-January 2017)
