Key Responsibilities • Development of school marketing strategy and management of implementation across business • Co-ordination of in-house media buying and direct media partnerships and management of external PPC, SEO, PR and creative agencies and freelancers. • Responsible for re-defining brand identity and management of rollout of brand across communications • Lead event marketing strategy and co-ordination of event delivery nationally and internationally • Define and monitor delivery of school’s content marketing activities across video, written and photographic media and define and manage rollout of school’s social media strategy • Staff management of an in-house team of 2 full-time staff and 1 intern Key Achievements: • Defined & managed delivery of an integrated marketing strategy that increased the quality of course enquires for Met Film School courses over the period, facilitating an average annual growth in course enrolments of 10% year on year across undergraduate & postgraduate degrees plus short courses. • Drove development of revised creative strategy, placing moving image content at its heart & rolled this out across all marketing communications. • Improved digital marketing efficiency to enhance course enrolment volume through implementing the following projects – re-launch of London & Berlin School websites to improve usability & SEO, & implementation of DoubleClick & Salesforce Pardot technology to improve email effectiveness. • Led successful PR launch of enhanced facilities at Met Film School Berlin developed in partnership with YouTube gaining broad TV, press & online coverage.
