  • Press & PR Working with top level international magazines, e-commerce, and client magazines (e.g Porter, Harper’s Bazaar UK & US, Details, and Fantastic Man) to provide samples, and interview requests. Managing and tracking requests and press coverage. Creating and updating press clipping book to share with showroom and clients Assisting with men’s and women’s presentations at Milan Fashion Week; preparing guest lists, sending invitations, setting appointments, product coordination, visual display, meeting & greeting editors and buyers. Following up with press release and images. Production and styling on seasonal look book shoot for men’s and women’s collections. Website and social media: updating with new seasonal imagery and stockists. Showroom/Sales Administrator Acting as a core link between Milan based showroom, clients and Italy-based production team. Processing all sales-related paperwork; receiving and checking orders from the showroom, preparing confirmations to send to clients. Liaising with production on special requests. Passing orders to production team, managing client expectations of delivery. Preparing client invoices and managing shipments with local and international couriers. First point of contact for customers who need assistance with orders, requests, and complaints. Sending promotional material to clients and press.   • General duties Personal assistance, extensive diary management and travel planning for fashion director. Hiring interns for rotating three month periods, responsible for their quick integration into the department and ensuring the time is mutually beneficial. Research for upcoming features, attending weekly meetings and presenting findings for upcoming issues. Daily contact with leading brands and PR’s. Representing the magazine at press days and events. Working on projects for annual Handmade exhibition and issue, including skis with Bally, and ice skates with Maison Margiela for 2014 edition. Fashion Week Preparing ticket requests, individual schedules, hotel and travel arrangements for up to 5 team members, including Editor-in-Chief and Fashion Director Having a comprehensive understanding of where the magazine should be represented; advertisers, potential advertisers and developing brands. Requesting and ensuring access for backstage photographer, and liaising with online team to ensure all relevant brands are covered online. Styling & shoot experience Liaising with photographers, agents, bookers and external stylists. Sample requests and coordination on shoots for main fashion issues (March and September), Watches & Jewellery shoots and supplements. Styling June 2013 Sunglasses special, December 2013 Spa Special and Styling assistance for March 2015 ‘Newspaper” still life shoot. Credits and Advertising Monthly credit mail-out to ensure brands are aware of their coverage, key to maintaining and improving existing relationships with clients. Established a comprehensive credits tracking system to track coverage of clients and potential advertisers Preparing and distributing advertising lists for internal and external stylists of each shoot. Regular meetings with commercial team to discuss existing and planned coverage, as well as feedback on potential advertisers. Preparing seasonal presentations for the commercial team to take to client meetings, and briefing them on content and structure of the issue.

  • Reporting to Special Projects Director, combining day-to-day admin and assistance on long term projects, such as annual Guest Editors issue, Design Awards issue, Handmade issue. Creating an editorial master guest list for the annual Wallpaper* Design Awards (2011 & 2012), in co-ordination with every department Assisting at events with VIP’s Coordinating projects for Handmade 2011 issue from initial conception to completion. Working on during Fashion Week, collating information for coverage of men’s and women’s collections, and complementary features. Researching features for main fashion issues, as well as throughout the year Assisting Italy Editor-At-Large PA to Editor-In-Chief as holiday cover on numerous occasions.
