Design
> Lead designer on all CRM based campaign elements including the launch of ASOS Face + Body, New Season campaign and Fashion Discovery project in 2017.
> Developed the look and feel for the launch of ASOS Menswear Plus & Tall launch, developed the concept through inception, art direction and delivery for all channels including Social (paid and organic), CRM and On site.
> Re designed the guidelines for the CRM channel to create engaging and inspiring always on branded content and worked closely with other teams to develop the delivery process.
> Worked on a series of redesigns for key business propositions that run through the comms channel including life-cycle journeys, loyalty and delivery propositions.
Team management
> Currently managing a team of 5 designers within the CRM channel. Working on a variety of projects from weekly rolling briefs through to campaigns and larger scale business moments.
> Working closely with the wider Design team to create clean and consistent brand guidelines and branded content.
> Development of individual skills and creative interests for both the junior members of the team through to more developed seniors. Working closely with the heads of to develop the growth of the team and propose new structures and ways of working. As the company grows we are producing more and more efficient ways of working while delivering a consistently high level of inspiring and engaging content.
Achievements
> Worked with the Lead Designer to create a comprehensive set of guidelines for the CRM channel to deliver a high turnover of clean, engaging and inspiring content. Delivering on the objective to bring consistency while allowing elements of flex for campaign and branded content to shine.
> Worked with great focus on the development of design and consistency within the channel. I have worked with the projects
managers and marketing teams to place our team at a much earlier stage in the process where we have greater creative input and time for design development.
> The CRM Design team has grown from three members to five members in the space of a year with a view to expand further to eight in 2018.
> I have supported the channel in developing a YOY growth of 151%, delivering a channel plan that is bespoke and targeted for the ASOS customer base.

Design
> Lead designer on all promotional campaigns for Boden from creative conception, brainstorming through to production and launch. These campaigns include printed assets, email campaigns, affiliate, social and online assets.
> Developed a strong and distinctive brand look and feel for Boden’s promotional campaigns which compliments the current brand values yet seeks to disrupt the general communications of the company to engage the customer.
> Working to enhance the importance of content created in house for Bodens promotional campaigns. Worked with the
internal production teams to plan and Art Direct stills and model shoots.
> Introduced and championed the use of animation into the campaigns to enhance the whit and warmth of the brand.
> Manages and design’s all online content from a design perspective for the seven markets Boden trade in.
> Developed a process of working and brainstorming in small teams to nurture and develop the skills of junior members
of the team and unite the members of a large design team.
Campaign management
> Developed a new process for the development of campaigns and generation of creative to unite the design, brand,
Ecomms and marketing teams.
> Worked closely with the Ecomms team to increase the reactive capabilities of our teams in response to trade.
Achievements
> Successfully elevated the profile of promotional campaigns within the business leading to an increase in dedicated resource and allocation of budget per campaign.
> Developed my skills within digital design to be confident in leading and managing projects that worked across
all of the companies marketing and communication streams.
> Expanded my knowledge of shoot production and art direction to grow my experience in this area and successfully produce a series of high profile campaigns within the business.
